Mr Beast's Rise

 Mr Beast, whose real name is Jimmy Donaldson, is a YouTuber and internet personality who has risen to fame for his stunts, challenges, and philanthropic efforts. He was born on May 7, 1998, in Greenville, North Carolina, and began his YouTube channel in 2012 while he was in high school.



In his early days on YouTube, Mr Beast made videos about gaming and commentaries. However, he didn't gain much traction until he started doing stunts and challenges, which quickly captured the attention of the internet community. His videos often involve spending large amounts of money on outrageous stunts, such as spending 24 hours in slime or filling an entire house with balloons. One of Mr Beast's most significant accomplishments was a fundraiser he did in 2018 for the nonprofit organization, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. He pledged to donate $1 for every retweet he received on Twitter, which resulted in over 600,000 retweets and a $600,000 donation. He also created a "Free Stuff" campaign, where he went around giving away money to strangers on the street, which helped to grow his popularity and following. 


In 2019, Mr Beast launched a #TeamTrees initiative in collaboration with the Arbor Day Foundation, aimed at planting 20 million trees worldwide. The campaign was a huge success, and they reached their goal within a few months, with over $20 million in donations from people all over the world. Mr Beast also set up a virtual telethon with other popular YouTubers, which helped to raise awareness about the importance of reforestation.

He also launched a mobile app called "Finger on the App," where contestants compete to see who can keep their finger on the screen the longest to win a cash prize.
